"Azuris Aurum was perhaps one of the most interesting bands to play the SnoAP tent...
With an increasing number of shows around the Montreal area, and yet another eastern Canada
tour in the works for this five-piece group, expect these guys to become a force in the
burgeoning local jam scene."

Individual song reviews from
GarageBand.com. (Reviewer's home town in parentheses)
"This would be good music to wake up to and start your day with...This should be the background music
that plays in the back of your mind when you are having a good day." (Halifax, Nova Scotia)
-----
"I picture the band all in their own little world up there just jamming away with each other. Cool.
This flows really nicely and keeps your attention. Never gets boring. This freaking rocks, guys!
Thanks for the ear candy and get your ass to my town soon!" (Culver, Indiana)
-----
"Where's the drum solo?
No, seriously. I really DID wanna hear a drum solo, cuz the drums in this tune are amazing--
galloping, trotting, skidding, and never stumbling. They threaten to spin out of control at any
moment and I almost wish they WOULD, cuz I'm sure that these drums unleashed would be a
breathtaking sound to behold. I don't mean to put so much emphasis on the drums, though,
cuz it ain't like everything else about this tune isn't killer as well....all the instruments
turn in great solos, and the eerie keyboard figure that serves as intro and outro gives the
whole thing added urgency. One hell of a seven-minute ride down a strange and scary and
beautiful road." (Oakland, California)
-----
"Though rigorously rooted in jazz, this track jumps and blends genres beautifully without losing
the core of the melody. The performance is flawless...A more stirring selection would be hard
to find." (Chicago, Illinois)
-----
"You sound like you could of opened for Weather Report. Undoubtly you would of gotten Joseph and
Wayne mad at you when the audience kept bringing you back for encores. Bravo!" (St. Louis, Missouri)
